Returns and Refund Policy

Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@DogParkBags.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the situation and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
